Why Come?
An important element of our partnership with you is our annual SSI Customer Conference. This is because most of the Directors of SSI as well as many of our consultants and technicians are in attendance in order to assist and advise. Furthermore, presentations are given throughout the day, all of which are designed to help you assess products and services that can significantly improve benefits and potentially lower costs for your business.
Have your say
This year, to underline the commitment to partnership with our customers, we are launching a number of Special Interest Groups (SIGs). These are user groups, linked to customer verticals, run by users, which will meet and discuss issues relevant to their industry in the context of their business systems. A representative of SSI will attend and the aim will be to improve working practice; direct, where possible, software development and functionality; and work toward resolving industry or other issues.
Optional Evening Entertainment
For those who wish to stay the night before, rooms will be available at a special delegate rate, and SSI will be hosting a dinner followed by entertainment providing an opportunity to socialise and ‘network’ with other customers.
