The TROPOS Sales and Distribution module is aimed at optimising yours by providing a first class application for your sales and distribution staff which is fully integrated with the other TROPOS supply chain modules to leverage the support of the rest of the business.

It covers the complete sales process from the initial call for a quotation and availability promise, through sales order entry and progression, to despatch and invoicing, not forgetting the all important sales analysis and customer service level reporting.

TROPOS cuts your order to cash lead-time by integrating your sales, forecasting, production planning, inventory and finance processes.

Accurate promises are provided via the TROPOS available to promise logic, which looks at inventory, the production plan and available capacity. The order entry and despatch process, including credit checking and stock allocation and selection, is configurable to your environment. TROPOS supports a wide range of businesses from make to forecast ‘FMCG’ environments, which take and ship thousands of orders per day, through to make to order environments, where one-off orders can be configured to specific dimensions and quality characteristics.

Customer service can instantly access all customer, order, inventory, and production information. The warehouse ships more products on time, with accurate documentation, and with full control over inventory reservations and back orders. Sales managers have the information they need to make sound decisions quickly and can plan successful strategies for future sales campaigns.
