In today’s competitive manufacturing environment
quality is a given. The quality assurance capabilities provided in the
TROPOS Resources, Products and Processes module ensure your whole business
is working, and delivering to defined quality standards.
TROPOS allows you to establish a library of version controlled
quality specifications, against which test results can be recorded and
analysed, for use throughout the supply chain. It is an integral part
of the TROPOS solution, and as such, these core capabilities can be used
in sales, production, inventory and purchasing.
You may create a quality specification for your customers/products
against which you may produce to order, or search for appropriately matching
lots in inventory. Collected test results can then be used to produce
certificates of conformity and/or analysis.
Quality specifications can be linked to the production
process, individual process stages, or even ingredient materials to ensure
that you pickup immediately when production goes outside of acceptable
ranges.
Quality specifications can be made an integral part of
your supplier/material agreement and used as the basis for inspection
testing on receipt.
Shop floor data collection equipment can be configured
to enable the collection of volume test results.
TROPOS allows you to make quality an integral part of
your complete business process.
