Matrix PolymersSSI has announced a £1/4 million order for its TROPOS ERP solution from Matrix Polymers, a leading supplier of materials for the rotational moulding industry. TROPOS will enable Matrix Polymers to improve the quality of its customer relationship management by automating many of its monitoring and reporting processes. The implementation will support its plans to enter new international markets and grow its annual sales turnover to £50 million and increase gross profit margins.

TROPOS tracks every element of Matrix Polymers’ business – across its three sites; two in the UK and one in Poland – and presents them through the same system interface. Matrix Polymers offers a complementary advice centre for its customers for any questions about the rotational moulding process and the system will enable everyone in the service team to access and view the same full customer histories when dealing with enquiries or trouble-shooting calls. The TROPOS implementation will also provide Matrix Polymers managers with real-time reporting on sales, costs v budgets, and efficiencies of labour and machine time to help maintain effectiveness and profitability throughout the supply chain.
